We have 6+ years of product operation experience, with over 260 total curated products that are all tested under real daily desk use to ensure long-lasting performance for regular work routines. However, we cannot 100% guarantee that the colors, textures and display effects of products shown on your device screen will completely match the actual physical items you receive, due to the inherent differences of different monitor display configurations.

All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in Euros, and all listed prices already include applicable Spanish value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly marked otherwise. We take every reasonable effort to ensure that all product pricing information shown on our platform is fully accurate, but occasional human errors or system bugs may lead to situations where the price of a product is displayed incorrectly at an unreasonably low level far below its actual market value. 4. Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

When you complete the checkout process and submit your order on our website, you are submitting a formal binding purchase offer to us for all the items included in your order. After we receive your order submission and your payment is fully authorized and received by our certified PCI DSS compliant payment service provider, we will send you an automated order confirmation email to confirm the receipt of your order details. This order confirmation email does not constitute our formal acceptance of your purchase offer. Our formal acceptance of your order, and the formation of the binding sales contract between you and LIBRERIA LA ESTRELLA DEL SUR SL, only takes place when our warehouse team processes your order, completes the pre-dispatch quality inspection, and sends you the separate dispatch notification email to confirm that your ordered items have been handed over to our contracted courier partners for delivery.

You agree that all payments for your orders shall be processed through the authorized payment methods supported on our website. You represent and warrant that you are the legal holder of the payment card, digital wallet account or other selected payment instrument you use to complete the transaction, and you have sufficient funds or credit available to cover the full cost of your order at the moment of payment. For most valid non-custom orders, we will complete internal pre-dispatch quality checks and processing within 24 working hours after your payment is confirmed. For all domestic addresses within Spain including our local Tenerife region, standard delivery will take 2 to 5 working days after your package leaves our warehouse, and every domestic order comes with a fully trackable logistics number. Orders with a total cart value over 35 Euros automatically qualify for our free standard domestic shipping service, while orders under 35 Euros are charged a flat 3.95 Euro shipping fee.

You agree that you will be responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you provide during checkout is complete, accurate, and accessible for our courier partners to complete successful delivery. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that leads to delivery failure, parcel return, or extra re-shipping costs, you will be responsible for bearing all the resulting extra expenses and consequences. All parcels require an in-person signature from you or your authorized recipient upon delivery. If no one is available at the designated address at the first delivery attempt, our courier will leave a delivery notice for you to reschedule a second delivery attempt or pick up the parcel at the nearest local courier service point. We take full responsibility for all lost or damaged parcels before they are successfully signed for at your shipping address, and we will arrange a full re-dispatch or 100% refund if your parcel is confirmed lost during transit.

6. Return, Refund and Exchange Rules

All return and refund related activities are governed by our official published Refund and Returns Policy, which is also integrated into these Terms of Service as a binding part of our service agreement. We explicitly state that we strictly do not support any sole, item-no-return full refund requests under normal non-defective circumstances. You are not eligible to receive a full or partial refund if you keep the ordered stationery items and do not send them back to our designated return address, no matter the scenarios of wrong size selection, change of personal preference, accidental duplicate order placement, or dissatisfaction with non-quality related product appearance.

To qualify for a valid return, you must submit your return application within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your products, all returned items must remain in original unused, undamaged condition with all factory packaging and labels fully intact, and you must provide your valid original order number and clear proof of purchase. After you submit an approved return request and send the items back to our registered address, our warehouse team will conduct a full inspection of the returned items. Once the inspection confirms that all returned items meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your corresponding refund, which will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Returns caused by confirmed manufacturing defects or our wrong item shipping mistakes will have all return shipping costs covered by us, while returns for personal preference reasons will require you to bear the return shipping fee, and the original paid delivery fee at checkout will not be refunded. Custom engraved personalized products that are not listed for general public sale do not qualify for return unless confirmed to have inherent manufacturing defects.
